Payment Policy for Personal Trainers and Swim Lessons
Personal Training and Swim Lessons must be paid for before each class or session at the Pavilion Front Desk. It is against facility policy to pay any personal trainer or instructor directly for their services.

Get Pumped!Pumped up! Is an intense, fun, entire body workout. This 45 minute class of one exercise after another. Exercises such as jumping jacks, lunges, pushups, and squats. Push your body to its limits and burn calories fast! KickboxingThis class will get your heart pumping using kickboxing moves and combinations along with 1 minute cardio intervals to push you to uour max! You can go at your own pace. Perfect for a beginner but not to be overlooked by those wanting a challenge. Class time is 45 minutes and is open to ages 13 and up. Instructor: Dawn Queen NiaNia is a sensory-based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Classes are taken barefoot to soul-stirring music in more than 45 countries. Senior Exercises
Senior StretchA fitness class is offered to those Scott County citizens who are 60 years and older. This class helps seniors regain flexibility and strength through a series of specially designed movements. The class will meet at the Senior Citizen’s Village at Cardome. Classes: Monday and Thursday 10:30 - 11:00 AM

Weight Training (Adult and Youth Orientation)
Are you intimidated by the weight machines in the fitness area? If you are 16 or older, let this class orient you to the proper techniques for using the equipment. A personal trainer will be going over the BASICS of how to use each machine safely.

Tight and Tone (Weight Class)
An anything goes workout using weights, bands, & more! Pushing your muscles to fatigue in only 30 minutes, we will cover as many areas of the body as possible.

Tabata
Originating in Tokyo, it has become one of the best fat burning workouts around! Great for weigt loss or improving your overall fitness level. In class you get 20 seconds of high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest and recovery. Beginners and advanced participants welcomed. Class time is 30 minutes and is open to ages 13 and up.

Zumba

Aqua ZUMBA
Known as the Zumba "pool party," Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. Water shoes highly recommended. Class time is 45 minutes.

When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
The cost of a single class is $6, but we're sure that you will want to purchase a 10 class package for $40. No expiration date! Passes are valid for ANY Zumba Class (i.e. Aqua Zumba, Zumba, Zumba Tone, Zumba Tone and Tight).
